Facts and Questions About Our Play Centre
* Are socks required? Yes, socks must be worn by both adults and children in the play area. This is for cleanliness and hygiene purposes. Grip socks are not required, but are recommended as the floors can be slippery. If you forget socks, we have regular style and Jump brand grip socks available in all sizes for sale at our front desk. No outdoor shoes or bare feet will be allowed in the play area. However, shoes will be permitted in the party rooms and entrance area.
* Can I bring indoor shoes? Yes, clean indoor shoes or slippers can be worn in the play area, but no rubber bottom shoes will not be allowed in the jungle gym. This is due to possible injuries when going down the slide and also can scuff up our jungle gym. Soft bottom shoes or slippers are recommended for playing in the jungle gym for any child that won’t wear socks.
* What does a day pass mean? It means that there is no max length of time to play, and you can even leave and return later the same day. However, limited to drop-in play open hours.
* Why does the prices say ‘Players and Supervisors’ instead of ‘Children and Adults’? This is because we do not discourage those who are no longer considered children, but still children at heart, to come in to play. This does not mean that adults playing with their child will be charged the player price.
* What ages is the play area appropriate for? Our play area is ideal for children between 12 months to 12 years. Although children over 10 years of age may enjoy the play area more if they have someone else to play with. Children older than 12 years and adults are welcome to use the climbing structure.
* How often is the play area cleaned? Every night, with additional cleaning throughout the day. We also do a thorough deep clean once a week. The ball pit balls are washed weekly in our washing machine. Air purifiers are also located throughout the Centre and in the party rooms in an attempt to lower the risk of airborne allergens and illnesses.
* Can outside food and drinks be brought in? Yes, but can only be enjoyed in the eating area or party rooms. This is to help keep the play area clean, as well as lower the risk of others who have sever food allergies. Please note that we are a peanut free facility. We also have a concession stand where you can purchase packaged snacks and drinks, we do not have a restaurant.
* Is the Centre wheel chair accessible? Yes, our outside entrance doors are sidewalk level without a step, which allows assess to our play area and party rooms. We also have two family bathrooms are also wheelchair accessible.
* Can I do work while my child plays? Yes, we have free wifi available and either a comfy bench to sit on or at the table in the eating area. We can also assist in the supervision of your child if needed.
