Norza elected vice-president of the Olympic Council of Asia

KUALA LUMPUR: Norza Zakaria, President of the Olympic Council of Malaysia, was today elected Vice-President of the Olympic Council of Asia for Southeast Asia.

Norza won the post unopposed for the 2024-2028 term at the OCA General Assembly in New Delhi, India, a statement from the OCM said.

According to Hamidin Amin, Vice-President of the OCM, Norza’s election is a testament to his leadership and commitment to the Olympic Movement.

Raja Randhir Singh of India, a five-time Olympian, was elected unopposed as the new OCA president. The positions of president, five vice-presidents and five board members were all uncontested.
